Financial Information

North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District (NCPRD) operates as a county service district funded by a dedicated permanent tax rate of $0.5382 per $1,000 of assessed value. These funds support day-to-day operations, recreational programming, social services, and the maintenance of parks and facilities. Additional funding comes from user fees, System Development Charges (SDCs), grants, donations, and other contributions—many of which help fund new projects.
