Public Meetings

Transparency Through Community Involvement

Public meetings are an essential part of the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District’s (NCPRD) decision-making process. They ensure transparency and provide an opportunity for residents to engage in shaping the future of parks and recreational programs. Below, you’ll find details about upcoming and past meetings, including agendas, minutes, and video recordings.

All public meetings are open to the community and may be attended in person or virtually. Meeting agendas and participation details are shared 5–7 days before the meeting. To join our Public Meetings Distribution List or request an ADA accommodation for an NCPRD meeting, please email info@ncprd.org. Accommodation requests should be submitted as early as possible, but no later than one week before the meeting.

Past meeting materials will be available online for six months. To request agendas, packets, or other supporting documents beyond that timeframe, please email info@ncprd.org.
