Public Meetings
Transparency Through Community Involvement
Public meetings are an essential part of the North Clackamas Parks and Recreation District’s (NCPRD) decision-making process. They ensure transparency and provide an opportunity for residents to engage in shaping the future of parks and recreational programs. Below, you’ll find details about upcoming and past meetings, including agendas, minutes, and video recordings.
All public meetings are open to the community and may be attended in person or virtually. Meeting agendas and participation details are shared 5–7 days prior to the meeting. To join our Public Meetings Distribution List or to request an ADA accommodation for an NCPRD meeting, please email info@ncprd.com. Accommodation requests should be submitted as early as possible, but no later than one week before the meeting.
