Meet the NCPRD Board of Directors
The North Clackamas Parks & Recreation District (NCPRD) is governed by the five-member Board of County Commissioners for Clackamas County, who act as the Board of Directors for NCPRD. As a County Service District, the Board of Directors oversees policies, budgets, and strategic decisions to ensure the delivery of exceptional parks, programs, and services for the community.
How to Participate in Board Meetings
The public is encouraged to attend NCPRD Board meetings to share feedback and participate in discussions. Meetings are held quarterly, and agendas include time for public comments.
Instructions for attending board meetings:
- Review the Meeting Agenda ahead of time, posted 5–7 days in advance.
- Check the Meetings & Minutes page for updates on location and times.
- Submit a Public Comment Form in writing prior to the meeting, or check the box when registering for the virtual meeting.
- Chair will call for statements from community members regarding issues relating to NCPRD. Comments shall be respectful and courteous to all. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes each.
