Registration

Creating a New Account

All patrons need an account to register. If you haven’t already, create or update your account here.  Before registration opens, browse classes and programs using the Discovery Guide or the CivicRec registration system.

  1. Select Log In/Create Account (top left corner)
  2. Select Facebook or Google Account or Create Your Account
  3. Complete Account Holder Contact information
  4. Select the Other Account Members tab at the top to add a family member or select Save New User if you are done and close once complete.

How to Register

Once you’ve signed up for an account, registering for programs and classes is easy. Identify the programs or classes you would like to sign up for, and register using any of the following methods.

Refund Policy for Programs & Activities

If a participant cancels their registration at least two weeks (fourteen days) prior to the start of a program, they will receive a full refund or credit minus a $15 processing fee per transaction, whichever the registrant prefers. Requests made between fourteen days and the start date of the program may be eligible for a credit minus the $15 administrative fee per registration. Refunds, credits, and/or make-up classes are not available after a program has begun. If an event or program is canceled or changed by NCPRD, a full credit or refund will be issued.

Verify your district residency here. NCPRD residents are eligible for discounted rates and priority registration.

NCPRD staff can assist you with creating an account to register for programming. Later, if you obtain an email address, it can be added to your existing account. Please contact us at 503-794-8080.

Yes, you will be able to view any activities and leagues that are available in the registration system.

Registration on the CivicRec system includes all NCPRD recreational classes, activities, camps, youth sports and adult softball.

Registration opens at noon on the specified registration date identified for that season. Registration for NCPRD residents opens one week prior to registration for non-residents.

There is a $15 processing fee for each change to the initial registration purchase.

Once your payment is confirmed, a Registration/Payment receipt will be populated to your screen.  Later, if you need to re-access your detailed activity information or receipt:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the Account button (on the upper-left hand side of the page).
  3. Click the Transaction History button (on the right side of the page).
  4. Select the desired receipt from the list of transactions, which will take you to the detailed receipt.

District residents can apply for scholarships to participate in many classes and activities. Applicants who meet income guidelines are eligible for scholarship assistance for up to three program areas per person per year. Scholarships need to be pre-approved and are applied to future registrations. Learn more about scholarship opportunities.
