
Registration
Creating a New Account
All patrons need an account to register. If you haven’t already, create or update your account here. Before registration opens, browse classes and programs using the Discovery Guide or the CivicRec registration system.
- Select Log In/Create Account (top left corner)
- Select Facebook or Google Account or Create Your Account
- Complete Account Holder Contact information
- Select the Other Account Members tab at the top to add a family member or select Save New User if you are done and close once complete.
How to Register
Once you’ve signed up for an account, registering for programs and classes is easy. Identify the programs or classes you would like to sign up for, and register using any of the following methods.

Refund Policy for Programs & Activities
If a participant cancels their registration at least two weeks (fourteen days) prior to the start of a program, they will receive a full refund or credit minus a $15 processing fee per transaction, whichever the registrant prefers. Requests made between fourteen days and the start date of the program may be eligible for a credit minus the $15 administrative fee per registration. Refunds, credits, and/or make-up classes are not available after a program has begun. If an event or program is canceled or changed by NCPRD, a full credit or refund will be issued.
