Join us in a fun, friendly class setting that will keep you motivated and moving toward your goals.
Level 1 - Chair Fitness (Need Support)
For people who may have physical limitations. A chair is provided to sit/stand next to for balance.
Level 2 – Beginners (Just Getting Started)
For people without physical limitations or who have not exercised for a long time. Classes are basic, gentle and go at a slower pace.
Level 3 – Intermediate (Regularly Active)
This is for people who do moderate exercises at least twice a week and can do floor work.
Level 4 – Advanced (Athlete)
These classes are for people who are physically active almost daily and are looking for higher-intensity and more challenging workouts.
