Let's play some flag football! These coed teams, developed for individuals with disabilities and additional needs, teach fundamental skills in a non-tackle approach to football emphasizing participation, fun, and good sportsmanship. Drills will be tailored to meet participants abilities. Participants are divided into teams based on their age group; ages 8-14, and 15 and up. The first two Sundays are practices. Each Sunday thereafter includes a practice followed by a game, allowing participants to immediately implement skills learned. A team t-shirt is included with registration. A&I team members are tentatively scheduled to practice and play during the 12:30 - 2:00 pm time slot on Sundays; however, actual practice and play times may differ depending on the number of teams registered across our flag football programs. Other play times are: 2:15 - 3:45 pm or 4 - 5:30 pm on Sundays.
