Scott Park is located beside the Ledding Library in downtown Milwaukie. The park is a gathering place for the community and features a playground, amphitheater, walking paths, and benches for sitting and reading.
An overlook area provides views of Spring Creek Pond, which is designated as a natural resource area due to the valuable habitat it provides for domestic and migratory waterfowl. In 2024, the site was redeveloped to include a new playground and other park enhancements. Learn more about this project.
Know Before You Go
- Scott Park opens half an hour before sunrise and closes half an hour after sunset.
- The walking path is wheelchair accessible.
- A parking lot, shared with the library, provides limited parking.
- Dogs and pets must remain on the leash at all times. Please pick up after your dog.
- Feeding wildlife is prohibited, and can have negative affects on the animals’ health.
