Community Choice Grant Design Workshop
Join us at a Metro Design Workshop and Share Your Voice on Park Projects!
Nearly 1,500 Clackamas County residents voted for their favorite parks and nature projects in the first round of Metro’s Nature in Neighborhoods Community Choice Grants program. A final vote next spring will determine which projects receive funding, with $2–$3 million in grants awarded.
Fifty projects are now moving on to a second round of design workshops in February 2026, where community members will collaborate with park planners and local park staff to help shape these projects.

Following the workshops, projects will advance to a regionwide vote in spring 2026. Community members across greater Portland ages 11 and older will be eligible to vote.
