Aquatic Park Facility Rental
From birthday celebrations to family gatherings, and from class reunions to corporate meetings, North Clackamas Aquatic Park is the perfect location for your next special event. The Aquatic Park can accommodate gatherings large and small, allowing you to rent the entire facility or a single room.
Reservations must be made at least 60 days prior to the event and a non-refundable deposit is due at least 30 days before the event. In the event of a cancellation, the North Clackamas Aquatic Park requires a one-week notice, preferably in writing.

Conference Room Rentals
North Clackamas Aquatic Park has conference rooms available for rent for corporate and community meetings. A single room holds a maximum of 25 people and a double room holds a maximum of 50 people. Contact Aquatic Park staff for rates.
Entire Facility Rental
An entire facility rental allows for a maximum of 880 guests. Available pools for rent include the lap, wave, dive, hot tub, interactive and kiddie pool(s). All slides are available for rent, as well as, all four of the conference rooms and the outdoor sand volleyball court. The cost for an entire facility rental for NCPRD residents the first hour is $725 and every additional hour is $500. Non-residents pay $975 for the first hour and $675 for every additional hour. Tube rentals are included and lockers are complimentary for all facility rentals with a $5 deposit and/or a Photo ID per locker.
After Hours Partial Facility Rental
A partial facility rental allows for a maximum of 500 guests. Available pools for rent include the wave, interactive and kiddie pools and up to two water slides, as well. The cost for a partial facility rental for NCPRD residents the first hour is $500 and every additional hour is $375 and non-residents pay $675 for the first hour and $500 for every additional hour.
